How to delete your account

1. Open the eNeighbor app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account (labeled “Forget me”).
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account information (email, display name, phone number)
• All pairing relationships (elder–watcher connections)
• Notification preferences and scheduling settings
• Device tokens used for push notifications
• All heartbeat and daily check-in records

Retention period

All associated data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Crash reports collected by Firebase Crashlytics are retained per Google’s standard 90-day retention policy and contain no personal content.
